• The splitting of Bajaj Auto Limited and demerger of its manufacturing/financial/insurance businesses and creation of three companies Bajaj Auto Limited, Bajaj Holdings & Investments Limited and Bajaj Finserv Limited;
• The slump sale and hiving-off of the fertilisers and technical ammonium nitrate of Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Limited and consolidation into a separate entity;
• The reverse merger of Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Limited;
• The demerger of the IT enabled services business and engineering software tools of Geometric Limited into HCL Technologies Limited; the integration and consolidation of the software business of Dassault Systemes in India and subsequent dissolution of Geometric Limited.
• The capital reduction scheme involving exiting of the public shareholders of UTV Software & Communications Limited making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Disney Inc.
• Mergers and demergers involving several listed and unlisted companies including Crest Animation Limited, Mukand Limited, Raymond Limited and Disney group companies.
• Fast track scheme of amalgamation of Angel Broking Pvt Ltd and Angel Commodities Broking Pvt Ltd under the provisions of Section 233 of Companies Act 2013
