Ritika’s practice focuses on corporate real estate and employment. She specialises in real estate transactions conducting due diligences and drafting allied documents including property development agreements and construction agreements.
Ritika is further actively engaged in all aspects of employment law including employee termination, employee transfer, employee benefits, confidentiality and non-compete obligations, employment policies, drafting opinions, employment contracts, employee manuals, legal labour audits, employment of international workers and workplace investigations (including disciplinary enquiry against delinquent employees, sexual harassment of women at workplace).
