Nakul’s practice at the Firm includes Banking & Finance and Financial Services. He possesses experience in Banking & Finance related transactions including Debt Transactions (secured and syndicated), External Commercial Borrowings, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, Security creation and Listed and Unlisted Debt.

Nakul has advised several clients on laws related to external commercial borrowings, foreign portfolio investments in debt securities, securitisation of loans, listed and unlisted debt securities, security creation, perfection and enforcement.

In addition, Nakul has also advised various lenders on refinancing and restructuring of loans in compliance with various schemes notified by the Reserve Bank of India. Further, Nakul is experienced in advising clients banks and financial institutions in relation to syndicated loans availed by entities for setting up of wind power, solar power, road and highway and real estate projects.

He has been practicing law since 2016. Prior to joining JSA, he was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. where he was an Associate for almost two years.
