Bhargavi’s key area of focus is corporate law and includes the spectrum of advising and assisting clients from incorporation, India entry, and strategic alliances to navigation of new areas of law. She also Her advises companies on day-to-day operations and compliances and assists in Mergers and Amalgamations, Private Equity and Venture Capital Transactions. Bhargavi also advises on family settlements and private client matters as well as strategy for structuring of business with specific IP goals. She is proficient in English and French and has a working knowledge of Tamil. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Intellectual Property Law.
