Amritha’s key focus areas are in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Insolvency. She has experience in matters involving mergers and cross border investments & acquisitions, foreign collaborations such as joint ventures, & licensing transactions, having acted for various bidders, investors, sellers and target companies across industries and sectors; and resolution process under the insolvency and bankruptcy resolution laws of India, having acted for various resolution applicants;
Additionally, Amritha has advised domestic and international clients on various aspects of corporate law, including general corporate and commercial laws, regulatory compliances, employment laws, foreign exchange control laws. She has assisted clients with structuring their transactions, facilitation of entry and setting up in India, drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and other transaction documents.
Amritha started practicing law in 2018 and before joining JSA, she worked with L&L Partners Law Offices for two years.
