Aishwarya is a corporate lawyer focusing on Capital Markets & Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate Commercial laws.

She has been involved in transactions with clients in sectors like Energy, Power, Railways, Pharma, E-commerce, etcetera and has been a part of various IPOs, M&A deals and general corporate advisory. Her role across transactions includes drafting offer documents &, conducting due diligence, drafting transaction agreements, negotiating with clients and coordinating with international law firms.

Prior to joining JSA, she was pursuing a specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law at the London School of Economics, United Kingdom.

  • Representing Info Edge (India) Limited as the Selling Shareholder in the IPO of Zomato Limited (ongoing)
  • Incorporating a wholly owned Indian Subsidiary for a foreign parent company in Mumbai (ongoing)
  • Represented Axis Capital Limited, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited and UBS Securities India Private Limited as BRLMs in the QIP of Affle (India) Limited (2021)
  • Drafted the Investment agreement, PAS-4 form and vendors’ due-diligence report in relation to the private placement of equity shares by Minda Corporation Limited (2020)
  • Represented IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited and YES Securities (India) Limited in the IPO of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Limited (2019)
  • Represented ICICI Securities Limited and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited as BRLMs in the IPO of Affle (India) Limited (2019)
  • Drafted red flag reports and legal opinions for various clients such as Haritha Seating Systems Limited (for their merger into Minda Industries Limited) (2019), Shuttl (2019) and Aamor Inox Limited (2020).
