JSA Internship Program

At JSA, we understand that our younger colleagues are often expected to quickly adapt to the high paced work environment in which we operate.

Our Internship Programme helps law students understand how we operate and equips them to the challenges after law school. It also provides a platform to the Interns to demonstrate their potential with the aim to bring out the best in the Interns by challenging them and helping them take the first few steps towards qualifying as lawyers.

At JSA, our Interns learn the fine art of applying the principles of law to everyday business situations. Our well-rounded Internship Programme is replete with skill-building opportunities.

Our Internship Programme is designed to facilitate law students to apply, test and further hone their legal knowledge, skills and legal acumen acquired through their academic rigour in law school within a professional environment. The Internship Programme further focuses on imbibing in the Interns a code of conduct for a legal professional.

There is close coordination between the Attorneys and the Interns, whereby JSA Attorneys perform the role of mentors and role models for the Interns. This also helps in grooming JSA Attorneys in the methodology of training and development. By assigning an Attorney as a guide for each Intern, we aim to create Mentor & Peer relationships for Interns with such Attorneys.
