Looking for candidates (preferably from Law Firms) with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including legal document formatting, and with good verbal and written skills. Basic word processing (formatting/compiling/indexing documents); any secretarial assistance (coordinating meetings, travel logistics, etc.); filling in timesheets, etc.
Experience – 6+ years of secretarial experience, preferably in Law Firms/Professional Service firms.
