Shreya specializes in the area of Regulatory, Policy and Dispute Resolution with a special focus on the Energy Laws.
She advises private utilities in the Energy Sector on diverse legal and regulatory issues, including aspects of Electricity reform and restructuring.
She represents the utilities in the Energy Sector before diverse fora including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various states, District Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, National Green Tribunal, Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and various other statutory authorities / Regulatory fora.
She has also been involved in conducting the due diligence of enforcement operations of private utilities in the Energy Sector.
She has a degree in Bachelor of Business Studies with a specialization in Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi; followed by LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
