Radhika practices in the area of merger and behavioral review under the Competition Laws.
She has advised domestic and international clients pertaining to behavioral conduct in relation to cartelization and abuse of dominant position and has been a part of pioneer litigations contributing to the shaping of competition law in its initial years. She has been a part of the first ever litigation initiated against the standard essential patent holder for abuse of dominant position. She has advised clients on the applicability of competition law to vertical agreements including distribution and supply agreements and has conducted review of agreements, merger reviews from competition law perspective. She has formulated and conducted compliance training programs for international and domestic clients on the applicability of the law to their conduct in the market. Radhika has represented various major corporates, in Litigations before various High Courts of the Country and the Supreme Court.
Before joining JSA, she was with Saikrishna & Associates, working with the Former Additional Director General, CCI.
