Neeraja practises in the area of commercial dispute resolution and regulation and policy related disputes. Neeraja also works with the foreign trade practice of the firm, and advises clients on anti-dumping proceedings before the Directorate General of Anti-dumping and allied Duties.
Neeraja represents domestic and international clients in complex domestic and international arbitrations, both international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitrations (institutional and ad-hoc).
Neeraja also appears before and represents clients in proceedings before high courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (erstwhile Company Law Board) in commercial disputes and writ proceedings. She is also extensively involved in the regulatory litigation practice of the firm, and represents/ advises clients in proceedings before the Securities Exchange Board of India and the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
Neeraja graduated from ILS Law College, University of Pune, in 2014, and has been with the firm since.
