Manish’s key focus area is civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. Manish specialises in arbitration also. Manish regularly represents clients before Supreme Court, High Courts of various States, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and State and District consumer forums, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and District Courts.
Manish routinely advices clients with respect to shareholders disputes, creditors disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy, contractual breaches, government policy challenges, constitutional challenges in Tender matters.
He has represented clients in National & International Commercial Arbitrations concerning telecommunication, construction & engineering, energy, real estate and infrastructure, financial services, securities, retail & services, media Entertainment Broadcasting and sports, knowledge based industries, etc.
