Arvind Parikh specializes in Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Rights.

He has gathered invaluable experience & expertise, inter alia, in handling various types of Litigations – Corporate & Commercial, Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitrations, Writs under the Constitution of India & due diligence exercises.

Arvind Parikh has represented various major corporates, banks and financial institutions in Litigations before the Gujarat High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal in Ahmedabad, City Civil Court in Ahmedabad, District Court (Rural) in Ahmedabad, Metropolitan Court in Ahmedabad, various Consumer Courts and other lower courts in Gujarat.

Before joining JSA, he initially practiced for 5 years at City Civil Court in Ahmedabad and the District Court (Rural) in Ahmedabad, and then he was with Singhi & Co. for 17 months.
