Akash practices primarily in the area of capital markets and securities. He has advised clients on best possible drafting strategies for offer documents meant for initial public offers and qualified institutions placement. He has also advised clients on litigation strategies with regulatory bodies such as the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
He has also assisted in an international commercial arbitration for violation of treaty provisions. Additionally, he has advised clients on issues related to lease and license of property by way of drafting opinions and assisted in review of title reports in connection with acquisition of land parcels.
Akash graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2015. In addition to practicing law, he is also an internationally awarded and internationally exhibited photographer.
