In addition, he has handled various aspects of Dispute Resolution including Domestic & International Arbitrations, evaluation of contractual arrangements, regulatory & legal framework so as to facilitate compliance and advice on processes to mitigate risks in conduct of business.

Abhishek has been practicing law since 2007. Before joining JSA, he working with M. Dhruva & Co., a law firm based in Mumbai, as an Associate.
