Sanjay has extensive experience in handling key Corporate Commercial and civil cases before various Courts & Tribunals on matters relating to company law, civil law, arbitration law, contractual issues and consumer disputes.

He also has considerable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and drafting of commercial agreements relating to Joint Ventures, Business Transfer, Share Purchase Agreements, Share Holder Agreements and Investment Agreements. He has also handled criminal litigation and has been associated with the conduct of matters relating to matrimonial disputes and offences under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Sanjay’s other areas of practice also include Real Estate, property development, leases & licenses, conveyances, construction contracts, and disputes related to land & property.
